Stephen V Corrozza.


Mr Carrozza is the Principal of the firm which was established in 1993.

He graduated from West Milford High School in 1973, and worked in the building trades for the next eight years. During that time he developed skills in framing, roofing siding, drywall, custom trim and doors, plumbing, electrical, overhead doors, welding, glazing, and masonry.

In 1980 he decided to pursue his lifelong love for Architecture. In 1981 he began attending Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, NY where he earned Bachelor of Architecture with Honors in 1986. He also attended William Paterson University for supplementary Studies in advanced mathematics.

From 1982 to1993 Mr. Carrozza  had worked as intern architect with various firms (most notably Skidmore, Owings and Merrill in NYC, and  Brandt-Kuybida in Clifton, NJ) producing designs and drawings for all building types including high rise buildings in New York City, small and medium sized commercial and factory buildings, pharmaceutical facilities, as well as multi family and single family residential projects.

In 1993 he started his own firm producing mostly single family residential projects, and quickly expanded into a diversity of projects. With extensive direct experience in construction, design-build scenarios and construction management he has developed a realistic and practical understanding of the complex relationship between design and construction from both sides of the table.

Mr Carrozza served as Member of the Zoning Board of Adjustment, Borough of Bloomingdale, NJ (Served four year term from 1994 - 1998, chaired board for three years). He wrote the Zoning Board of Adjustment application documents, set up conforming procedures for Board meetings and conduct,  and was instrumental in advising the governing body on Ordinance revisions and clarifications.

Over the years Mr. Carrozza has developed relationships with a number of bulk and finished product pharmaceutical firms during which he as become well versed in the requirements for cGMP, FDA and USDA validated facilities as well as their requisite
NFiPA requirements. Additionally, through experience and additional course studies, he has become an expert in construction contracts and administration, construction and building safety (OSHA), single ply roofing technology, acoustics, noise propagation, and zoning. He has served as an expert in these areas on multiple occasions.

Mr Carrozza is NCARB Certified, and maintains licenses in five states which include New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, North Carolina and Nevada.



Mr. Adach is the Production Manager and Chief Design Associate of the firm.

He holds a Master of Science in Advanced Architectural Design Degree from Columbia University which he earned in 2003 after attending the New Jersey School of Architecture at NJIT, where he earned a Bachelor of Architecture with numerous honors, including the prestigious “Excellence in Design” Award.

During and after his education Mr. Adach gained valuable experience producing outstanding projects with such notable firms as Elearnore Pettersen, FAIA Architect (a protégé of Frank Lloyd Wright), and Harsen and Johns, Architects.

Mr. Adach started with Stephen V. Carrozza in 2003 where he has gained extensive experience in every conceivable building type; developing designs and construction documents of the highest quality in the industry. Through extensive and uncompromising experimentation he has achieved a level of production and detailing quality that would be staggering to most CADD experts. This has resulted in a unique production system that eliminates questions and misunderstandings during construction, allowing for an efficient construction process on each and every project. Additionally, his knowledge of 3-D design and advanced computer software gives the firm the ability to produce three dimensional computer models, realistic renderings, and animations of projects when required.

Mr. Adach is NCARB Certified, and is licensed in the state of New Jersey.
